Soft Body Impact Test
Soft body impact test is carried out by slamming a 30 kg bag, by means of a pendulum,
against the surface of the wall. To meet the serviceability criteria the bag is
released with a height of swing at 900 mm above the point of impact. To meet the
safety criteria, the bag is released from a height of 1800 mm above the point of
impact. After each impact test was carried out the walls were inspected for any
sign of cracking, surface damage or collapse. There was no damage.
